Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join its onboarding team and lead critical data migration projects across CRMs, POS, and ticketing platforms. You will ensure data accuracy and readiness for go-live, collaborating with Implementation Consultants, Product Specialists, and Engineering.

The role is remote with unusual hours (12-3am GMT+1, 9-12pm GMT+1). Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, Power Query.
• Experience with large datasets and cross-platform data imports.
• Strong understanding of data structures, normalization, and data integrity.
• Attention to detail and organized approach to data cleanliness.
• Comfort interfacing with clients to communicate data formatting requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (CRMs, POS, ticketing) is a plus.
• Bonus: Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration projects end-to-end with accuracy and speed.
• Format, cleanse, validate, and map data across diverse systems.
• Prepare imports with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, macros).
• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Product Specialists, and Engineering to ensure data loading and validation.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and design scalable workflows.
• Document data handling processes and create templates to improve import accuracy.
