Helmerich & Payne is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to monitor drilling operations via CCTV, identify high-risk activities, and lead safety initiatives on land rigs. The role involves real-time intervention, reporting, and collaboration with rig leadership to prevent incidents.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of land drilling experience with a strong track record in HSE leadership and incident prevention. Proficiency in SSOW concepts and safety management tools is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of land drilling industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety, incident prevention and safety culture development.
• Proven ability to communicate safety notifications clearly and timely.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor live drilling rig operations remotely via CCTV during 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Observe high-risk activities including casing runs, rig moves, lifting operations, well control, and maintenance work.
• Identify unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, deviations, and equipment positioning issues in real time and intervene.
• Escalate unaddressed risks through reporting channels and communicate safety concerns to rig leadership.
• Prepare CCTV observation reports with photographic/video evidence and maintain monitoring logs.
• Conduct detailed shift handovers and analyze safety trends to support continuous improvement.
• Assist HSE Assurance teams with weekly trend analysis and proactive risk management.
