Job summary

leading-edge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Regulatory Data Analytics Consultant to support CMA Prudential Rules and KRIs by building regulatory dashboards and data models using Incorta. This 6-month initial contract focuses on translating complex rules into actionable analytics for supervisory metrics.

The role requires mapping regulatory metrics to data schemas, defining thresholds for risk indicators, and ensuring audit-ready data lineage. Onsite collaboration with CMA Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory analytics or data governance experience.
• Experience mapping CMA/SAMA/Basel III metrics to data models.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret CMA Prudential Rules, Basel III and related frameworks.
• Define and validate KRIs, capital adequacy and liquidity thresholds.
• Map regulatory metrics to Incorta data schemas and models.
• Build dashboards and formula columns with the technical team.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with compliance, risk, and audit.
• Document data logic, KPIs and lineage for audit readiness.
• Train internal users on dashboard navigation if required.
