Job summary
F5 is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to lead our services team in Riyadh. You will develop and coach a team of technical consultants, serve as a senior contact for key customers, and partner closely with the Saudi sales organization to deliver strong customer outcomes.
You will report to regional Professional Services leadership and help shape our services strategy in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing tech environment.
- Experience with enterprise and public-sector customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent Arabic and professional-level English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as local management contact for key Saudi enterprise and public-sector customers.
- Build trusted relationships and monitor delivery and customer sentiment.
- Coach and develop a team of consultants and manage performance.
- Collaborate with Saudi sales to align on account strategy and services opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery and uphold service quality.
