Job summary

Roche MEA seeks a Middle East Medical Enabler to optimize regional medical resources and drive strategic outcomes across ME, while maintaining strong local engagement in the disease area. You will collaborate with Medical Enablers, Disease Commercialization Leaders, Marketing and Omnichannel teams, and affiliate contacts to advance disease area ambitions and deliver scientifically sound content.

The role allocates 80% of time to ME markets and 20% within the local Affiliate to stay aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in medical within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience in the designated disease area and cross-functional, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical initiatives across ME markets in collaboration with affiliate SMEs and cross-country work package teams.
• Consolidate cross-market insights, identify common challenges, and scale impactful solutions regionally.
• Shape the medical direction at ME level for the disease area across its full lifecycle, ensuring value delivery.
• Support pre-launch and launch readiness activities and contribute to ME plans and launch archetypes.
