Job summary

Alfa Laval MESEA is seeking a Financial Data Analytics and Control professional to analyze and present regional financial information, support budgeting, forecasting, and sales and cost center controlling. The role acts as the core analytics engine for the team, querying data, building interactive reports, and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• BA is required, master's degree preferred.
• Strong database management and data analytics skills.
• Experience with financial data flows and processes.
• Minimum 3 years in similar roles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high data quality.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Customer service mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct budget preparation, forecasts and Service operations costing updates.
• Maintain and develop analytics and FC tools and databases.
• Analyze business performance and variances in the MESEA region.
• Extract, clean and transform financial data from internal systems.
• Build, maintain and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve data quality and improve pipelines.
• Support data literacy and act as a data ambassador for stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly and year-end closings.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
