Matar Holding company seeks a skilled Refrigeration Trailer Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration units on refrigerated trailers (reefers). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining detailed service records.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Technical Certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Technology with 2-5 years of related experience; experience with Thermo

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Technology.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Thermo King or Carrier Transicold units preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigerated trailers and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system faults.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, sensors, and control systems.
• Repair refrigerant leaks and recharge systems.
• Conduct routine service activities including oil and filter changes.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify equipment issues.
• Maintain repair and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
