Job summary

ROKA Riyadh is seeking a welcoming Receptionist to be at the heart of our guest experience, greeting guests, managing bookings, and coordinating with the front of house. You will help uphold ROKA's high standards and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

You will collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and maintain the vibrant ambience that defines the ROKA experience.

• Proven experience as a receptionist in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Strong guest-service mindset with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

As a ROKA Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Roka experience.

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004 in London, our collection has grown to include five venues in the Middle East in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain & Kuwait. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards
• Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
