Job summary

Le Caf LPM is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, record deliveries, and ensure items are inspected before storage.

The role requires 2-3 years in receiving or supply-chain within hospitality or F&B, strong knowledge of delivery checks, and proficiency with inventory systems and Excel. English is essential; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming goods for Le Caf LPM, check quality, verify quantities, record everything accurately.
• Ensure nothing enters storage before proper inspection and documentation.
• Move goods to correct storage areas following FIFO; keep fridges, freezers, and dry stores organized.
• Record deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and discrepancies, maintaining clean receiving logs.

You record all deliveries invoices credit notes and discrepancies accurately - keeping receiving logs clean and filed for purchasing and accounts

Inventory amp Storage

You move goods to the right storage areas following FIFO - fridges freezers and dry stores kept clean organised and correctly labelled at all times
