Job summary

Trivers is seeking a Development Officer to support planning, analysis, and execution of real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves market research, feasibility support, documentation coordination, and helping secure approvals to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include preparing briefs, conducting due diligence, organizing data, and supporting financial modeling. You will coordinate with design, finance, legal, and construction teams and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate development, project coordination, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing development briefs, concept notes, and project initiation documents.
• Participate in site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Collect and organize project data, market research, and benchmarking information.
• Support the preparation of financial models, business cases, and investment memos.
• Maintain organized records of project approvals, design updates, and key decisions.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, finance, legal, construction) and external consultants to gather inputs.
• Track development timelines, flag delays, and follow up on deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and document action points and responsibilities.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and project close-out reports.
