Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with practical drafting experience.
• Minimum two years of drafting, writing and reviewing contracts or related legal work.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and prepare all types of company contracts and agreements.
• Review and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and bylaws.
• Verify accuracy, consistency and enforceability of contract texts.
• Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and finalize clauses.
• Maintain contract registry, archiving, and version control.
• Translate and reconcile Arabic and English contract texts.
