Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced RCM Electrical Engineer to lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives for electrical systems in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include executing RCM studies, applying maintenance strategies, and conducting root cause analysis. Candidates must be familiar with GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS. CMRP Certification is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance/reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on RCM experience (SAE JA1011/JA1012).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV systems and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute RCM studies for electrical systems and equipment.
• Apply RCM methodology to develop effective maintenance strategies.
• Perform FMEA/FMECA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Optimize preventive maintenance plans and inspection frequencies.
• Analyze failure data, condition monitoring results, and maintenance history.

Job Summary:

The RCM Electrical Engineer will lead and support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for electrical systems and equipment. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance of critical electrical assets in compliance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards across large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute RCM studies for electrical systems and equipment

• Apply RCM methodology to develop effective maintenance strategies

• Perform FMEA/FMECA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Optimize preventive maintenance plans and inspection frequencies

• Train and mentor electrical maintenance personnel
