Job summary

Propel Consult is seeking a Project Engineering Manager – Telecom in Riyadh for a premier railway and metro telecommunications program. You will own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, from design verification through FAT/SAT to final handover, coordinating with clients, civil teams, and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.

The role requires deep IP/MPLS, DWDM/OTN, and enterprise networking expertise, with strong leadership and English communication skills to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading telecom engineering on large-scale transport projects.
• Strong English communication skills with executive interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom engineering across railway/metro projects from design to handover.
• Manage architecture, deployment, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil teams, and subcontractors.
• Oversee on-site installation and rapid resolution of technical bottlenecks.
• Direct FAT/SAT and client acceptance milestones.
