Grey Lines Company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of furniture and fit-out projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quotations, and material costing to support accurate pricing.

You will monitor project costs and coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and clients to ensure effective cost control and timely financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in furniture, fit-out, or interior projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
