Qualifications

• Bachelors in Quality Management or Industrial/Systems Engineering.
• CAPM certification is preferred.
• Century Leaders Certificate (CAME – CLC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality checks on finished products and raw materials.
• Approve products conforming to quality specifications and reject non-conforming items.
• Direct production and control teams to meet quality standards.
• Perform chemical and physical tests on materials and products.
• Prepare daily and weekly quality reports to measure performance.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance to ensure safe operation without quality impact.
• Ensure occupational health and safety standards at all production stages.
• Analyze customer complaints and propose improvements.
