TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control lead to oversee third-party part inspections, ensure conformance to drawings and specifications, and manage non-conformance processes. The role covers supplier QA, product traceability, and quality documentation across the manufacturing chain.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, certification as a Quality Inspector (CQT and ASME GDTP preferred), and at least five years of experience in

• Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification is required.
• Certified Quality Inspector is required; CQT and ASME GDTP preferred.
• At least five years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in machining/manufacturing or supplier quality.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee visual and 100% dimensional inspections of machined products and raw materials.
• Coordinate quality control activities for incoming goods, in-process, and finished products.
• Review supplier documentation and certifications for technical compliance.
• Lead NCR identification, documentation, investigation, and closure.
• Coordinate containment and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Provide weekly NCR status updates to managers.
• Maintain part identification, status control, and traceability.
• Oversee inspection equipment calibration and recordkeeping.
• Prepare inspection reports for refurbishment and recommended actions.
• Review tool-body packs and certificates of conformity.
