Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in door planning and aluminium manufacturing to join their team in Riyadh.

You will develop inspection plans, review drawings, investigate NCRs, and drive continuous improvement, requiring a degree in IE and 3–5 years of industrial QA experience, with relocation to Saudi Arabia. Strong Excel skills and ISO 9001 knowledge are essential for coordinating with production and technical offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial quality engineering.
• Experience in door planning and aluminium manufacturing is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal quality auditing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing specifications, and quality control procedures.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement quality inspection plans and standards for manufacturing processes.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before production.
• Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate recurring defects, and identify root causes.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with production and technical office teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor quality performance indicators.
• Maintain quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
