Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections for DCP and Cooling Tower works.
• Conduct and witness welding inspections and NDT activities.
• Review and verify ITPs, WPS, PQR and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and FEED requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies and client representatives.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA QC documentation.
• Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Valid ASNT Level II (NDT Level 2) certification; CSWIP/CWI certification preferred.
• Experience in Cooling Tower and District Cooling Plant (DCP) projects.
• Strong knowledge of FEED documentation and quality procedures.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical QA/QC within EPC projects.
• Familiar with relevant codes such as ASME, AWS, and related standards.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
