Job summary

Napco National Company in Dammam is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure product specifications are met through inline testing and inspections.

You will participate in job start-up, approve lab testing samples, and document findings in the QC Inspection Reports (QCIR). You will initiate internal rejections for out-of-spec items, tag and quarantine them, and coordinate investigations with QC and section heads. Reworked goods will be inspected to ensure defect-free results.

Responsibilities

• Perform inline testing to meet specifications.
• Attend job start-up and approve dispatching start-up sample for Lab testing after performing all required inline inspection.
• Fill Quality Control Inspection Report (QCIR) upon product inspection to document findings and safeguard records.
• Initiate Internal Rejections (IRs) for out of specs products, label the respective product with a “Hold” tag, relocate it to the Quarantine area and submit the IR form to QC Team Leader.
• Once approved by QC Unit Head, Submit IR Report to the concerned Section Head in order to conduct proper investigation.
• Upon IR finalization, label the Hold product with the correspondent tag (Segregate tag, Caution tag, Waste tag…) in order for the IR outcome to be clearly visible to the concerned section.
• Inspect the Re-worked goods to ensure resulting product is free of defects.
