Job summary

BD is seeking a Product Specialist PureWick to accelerate adoption and utilization of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will act as the clinical and commercial champion, driving market development, stakeholder engagement, and account expansion to establish PureWick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years in hospital/healthcare, medical devices, healthcare or clinical sales.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, especially nursing and clinical teams.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
• Experience in UCC, Critical Care, Women's Health or hospital-based solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in all HCOs with direct orders and tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration.
• Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategies.
• Clarify timely issues affecting delivery in the assigned area.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform hospitals of product availability.
• Manage relationships with Clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify list of KOLs with respected opinion in the incontinence community.
• Ensure appropriate promotion and product awareness to the right HCP in a compliant and ethical way.
• Develop all sales channels with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
• Perform market mapping and customer segmentation.
• Uphold BD's professional and ethical standards.
