Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our purchasing processes, securing favorable commercial agreements, and ensuring the efficient and ethical acquisition of goods and services to support our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives and policies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct competitive bids and analyze proposals to select the best suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, utilizing platforms like Coupa.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and managing performance.
  • Utilize Analytics Insights and Purchases Business Intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the procurement function.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Bribery policies and uphold the highest ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
  • Conduct Control Self Assessments to identify and mitigate risks within the procurement process.
  • Drive Cash Acceleration initiatives through effective payment terms negotiation and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security protocols and data protection policies in all procurement-related activities.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics to integrate insights into strategies
  • Strategic thinking to develop long-term sourcing plans
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, particularly related to Cash Acceleration.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building capabilities/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-function team and complex structure
