EY Parthenon is seeking a Decision Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics engagements in the Government and Public sector across the GCC. This hands-on role requires deep data science or operations research expertise, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and translate analysis into practical recommendations.

You will influence decisions through modeling, forecasting, optimization and simulation, while ensuring governance, quality and clear client communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in data science, OR, decision science or advanced analytics consulting.
• Degree or equivalent in quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, OR, data science, CS, engineering or economics.
• Experience leading analytics, optimization or simulation workstreams, ideally for government/public sector.
• Experience validating models and communicating accuracy, uncertainty and limitations.
• Experience translating outputs into stakeholder-ready decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead analytics workstreams for government/public sector engagements from problem framing to modeling, validation and implementation.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, economists and modelers; review technical work and ensure governance.
• Define methods, tools and governance standards; manage risks, budgets and timelines.
• Develop executive-ready insights, dashboards and decision tools for clients; communicate complex methods to non-technical audiences.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to proposals, scoping and client opportunities.
