Maven Insights is seeking a Digital Product Manager (Proptech) to lead end-to-end product delivery within the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team. You will shape PropTech offerings for the real estate ecosystem across the MENA region.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, build business cases, and drive market-ready products through Agile ceremonies. Strong English and Arabic proficiency is required.

- Proven PropTech experience with digital product leadership in real estate.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.

- Define and execute product strategy for PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
- Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance PropTech offerings like real estate platforms and digital services.
- Track KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior product managers and support capability building.
