Job summary

SAB is seeking a Project & Transformation Senior Manager in Riyadh to lead strategic initiatives within Global Payment Solutions. The role requires coordinating across IT, HR, Operations and Finance to ensure timely delivery of GPS projects, governance, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of project management and transformation experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a degree in Technology / MIS or related fields. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project management and transformation.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology / MIS or any related major.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategic projects in line with the divisions objectives.
• Assists Business case approvals for Strategy projects of GPS.
• Supports the development of the workforce plan for the department by providing inputs on own Units workforce forecasts.
• Implements GPS initiatives related and coordinate with IT, FCD, HR, Operations, etc. on project related functions.
• Help in setting up project management framework for executing GPS projects.
• Analyze & streamline GPS projects optimization.
• Delivers prioritization of projects in line with GPS strategy.
• Monitor & control projects execution by IT.
• Assist in development & review of Annual Technology Plan (ATP) for Group/Local IT related projects.
• Undertakes End to end project governance starting from initiation till commercialization & roll out.
• Performs Maintenance & management of CRM and CCM system related to GPS functions.
• Publish monthly proper management dashboards.
