Job summary

Confidential Company in Jeddah is seeking a senior project leader to drive large-scale water infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee planning, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects meet objectives and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, PMP or equivalent, and 7+ years of progressive experience managing major water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
• 7+ years of experience managing large water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close complex water infrastructure projects in line with strategy and regulations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; manage financial risks.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and closure of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders—including government agencies, community groups, and contractors—to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a significant advantage.
• Hold professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence.
• Boast 7+ years of progressive experience specifically managing large-scale water infrastructure projects (e.g., water treatment plants, distribution networks, wastewater systems).
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of water resource management principles, hydraulic engineering, and relevant construction methodologies.
