Asmacs Contracting Est. in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced turnaround planner to own the master schedule, enforce the critical path, and drive readiness with contingency mitigation. The role requires rigorous planning and clear communication under tight deadlines.

You will build resource-loaded plans for manpower, equipment, and materials, coordinate MOC packages, and ensure HSE and quality standards are maintained even under schedule pressure. Saudi market experience is essential.

• Daily and weekly progress tracking with immediate escalation of any deviation.
• Coordinate and consolidate readiness activities to ensure resources are secured ahead of the fixed execution date.

Own the master schedule as an immovable constraint critical path contingency planning daily weekly progress tracking immediate escalation of any deviation Build and validate resource-loaded plans manpower equipment materials for every turnaround shutdown MOC scope craft labor by discipline cranes scaffolding specialty equipment long-lead materials and spares confirmed and on site before mobilization Run formal readiness reviews e g 100 60 30 14-day to verify resources are fully secured ahead of the fixed execution date Lead coordinate MOC packages risk assessment documentation approvals so changes are resourced and closed out within the turnaround timeline not as an afterthought Coordinate Operations Maintenance Engineering HSE Procurement and Contractors into one integrated execution plan manage contractor mobilization site logistics and budget Maintain HSE and quality standards without compromise even under schedule pressure Rigorous front-end planner with a strong risk/contingency mindset; decisive under pressure; disciplined, transparent communicator; uncompromising on safety.

All candidates must have prior experience working in the Saudi market, preferably on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial projects.Experience with Saudi Aramco, JIGPC, or Royal Commission projects is mandatory for key positions and highly preferred for all others.Salary ranges are indicative and subject to Candidate experience
