Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager to lead utility-scale BESS projects from contract award through commissioning, acceptance, and warranty, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, risk and delivery.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and service, manage stakeholders including EPCs and partners, and drive cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of large-scale engineering project management experience; international energy or power projects preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from contract award through delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and warranty.
• Own project schedule, cost, quality, risks, deliverables, and overall execution performance.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead utility-scale BESS projects from contract award through commissioning, acceptance, and warranty, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from contract award through delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and warranty.
• Own project schedule, cost, quality, risks, deliverables, and overall execution performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and service activities.
• Manage customer expectations and act as the primary interface with customers, EPCs, partners, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify critical project risks and drive cross-functional teams to resolve execution issues.
• Coordinate the supply and delivery of key BESS equipment, including battery systems, PCS, and EMS.
• Build and lead effective cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of large-scale engineering project management experience; international energy or power project experience preferred.
• Experience leading renewable energy projects; successful delivery of large-scale BESS projects of 100 MWh or above is highly preferred.
• Strong schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder, and contract management capabilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively or be based in the region.
