Duties

• Developing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments
• Managing the day-to-day progress of projects by monitoring progress against project plans and milestones; providing feedback as needed; escalating issues when necessary; ensuring timely resolution of issues; communicating results to stakeholders; taking corrective action when needed
• Overseeing the successful completion of all project phases (Inception through Closeout) according to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, customer acceptance criteria, and customer satisfaction goals
• Coordinating internal resources as well as external vendors or contractors for the flawless execution of projects
• Creating regular reports with status updates on all running projects
