Job Scope

This role will lead projects from order handover through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, documentation compliance, and on‑time execution, as well as being the key interface across key business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project kickoff and execution from order handover through delivery, aligning Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Assembly teams
  • Develop and manage project plans, responsibilities, schedules, and key milestones using structured planning tools (e.g. Gantt charts)
  • Produce and manage engineering deliverables including part numbers, BOMs, P&IDs, 3D models, GA drawings, wiring schematics, and technical submittals
  • Translate customer and project specifications into compliant, build‑ready designs
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth progression from engineering through manufacturing, testing, and shipment
  • Plan and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including hydrostatic and seat leakage testing, in line with contractual requirements
  • Ensure quality and compliance documentation is complete and accurate, including material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / 2.2), inspection reports, and calibration records
  • Act as a key technical interface with customers, vendors, and third‑party inspection bodies (e.g. DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)
  • Own document control activities: version control, traceability, and timely submission of technical and vendor documentation (VDRL)
  • Track document review cycles, manage comments and revisions, and drive timely approvals
  • Compile Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) / Data Dossiers for final client submission and approval
  • Use EDMS, ERP systems, and client portals to manage document workflows efficiently
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and performance metrics, supporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Aramco technical and documentation requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with EDMS, ERP, and client document portals (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, SAP, SmartPlant)
  • Solid understanding of document control practices including numbering systems, version control, transmittals, and workflows
  • Familiarity with valve industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, PED)
  • Proven experience managing quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection reports, calibration certificates, and MTCs
  • Experience preparing VDRL deliverables, MRBs, and data dossiers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulated oil & gas project environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
