Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to lead large-scale infrastructure or city development programs. You will oversee schedules, budgets and objectives, coordinating internal resources and external vendors for on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires handling government and utility projects, applying PM best practices, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development.
• Experience delivering major government or semi-government programs.
• Extensive water and wastewater project management experience.
• Knowledge of PM processes and zero-accident philosophy.
• Proven track record with government entities / utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Monitor progress, control performance and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
• Manage scope, changes, risks and cost control with stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and leadership.

Job description

Manage the development and implementation of project plans schedules budgets and objectives Monitor and control project progress and performance Coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure thatall projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technicalfeasibility Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Ensure resource availability and allocation Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques Report and escape to management as needed Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency Provide regular reports on project progress and performance Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards Identify and resolve project issues Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide technical guidance and support to team members Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with theserequirements while employed by Hill Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager supervisor.

Qualifications
