Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a senior project manager to lead development and execution of large-scale infrastructure programs. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and objectives, coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires a proven track record in government or semi-government programs, especially water and wastewater projects, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government and/or semi-government programs.
• Extensive experience in water and wastewater projects.
• Proven track record with government entities / utility providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to zero accident philosophy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job description

Manage the development and implementation of project plans schedules budgets and objectives Monitor and control project progress and performance Coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure thatall projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technicalfeasibility Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Ensure resource availability and allocation Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques Report and escape to management as needed Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency Provide regular reports on project progress and performance Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards Identify and resolve project issues Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide technical guidance and support to team members Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with theserequirements while employed by Hill Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager supervisor.
