The Project Management Supervisor is accountable for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects from initiation through commissioning, delivery, execution, and overall management within the assigned area. The role ensures that all technical, quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved in accordance with the approved budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will be actively present on the field, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring on-time completion and customer satisfaction
• Track milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve technical and delivery issues
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, risks, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare, manage, and ensure timely completion of all project and customer documentation
• Ensure all delivery activities comply with company procedures and safety standards
• Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly progress reports to management
• Monitor customer consumption, warehouse stock, and dedicated device usage; ensure timely consumption of assigned kits
• Maintain customer records and perform regular warehouse audits based on consumption data
• Ensure acknowledgment and proper tracking of consumable deliveries
• Support project planning through schedules, progress reports, scope definition, and technical assessments

Your Profile:

• BS/BA in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, pharmaceutical or medical technology industry experience is a plus
• Manage projects end-to-end with strong coordination, operational oversight, and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth cross-functional collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, reporting, and tracking of consumption, stock, and milestones
• Apply analytical problem-solving and decision-making to resolve technical, operational, and delivery issues efficiently
• Fluency in the country’s language and English (spoken, written, reading), additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly and work weekends as needed
