Job summary

IBN ROSHD Educational Holding Company in Riyadh is seeking a project management specialist to plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of projects, prepare work plans and reports, and coordinate with departments to ensure objectives are met.

The role emphasizes risk monitoring, documentation, and improvement of PM procedures, with a focus on data analysis and prototyping dashboards using Power BI. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, industrial engineering or related field.
• At least two years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, creating dashboards and generating reports.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Asana.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management and report writing skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of projects.
