Job summary

Lenovo in Riyadh is seeking a senior project leader to drive busy plant-level initiatives and ensure milestone delivery. You will own cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, and quality teams to keep programs on track.

The role requires strong governance, meeting facilitation, and the ability to standardize reporting and decision support across projects. On-site position based in Riyadh with Lenovo's global scale and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead LME assigned and plant level special projects to drive milestones.
• Manage project schedule, risk, issue, and cross-functional coordination.
• Organize regular management meetings, governance, and action item follow up.
• Standardize management processes, report consolidation, and decision support.
