Job summary

GE Vernova expects graduates to join the Project Management Experience Program (PMEP), a two-year, rotational development track within the Gas Power business. The program starts in April and includes three eight-month rotations across field/construction, scheduling, and a third discipline.

Participants will build leadership and technical skills to meet customer and business objectives, with emphasis on field experience and the flexibility to relocate for rotations domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a maximum of 8 years.
• Ability to complete multi-business, multi-location rotations, and travel domestically and/or internationally for up to 8 months per rotation.
• Ability to do field site rotation.
• Ability to make 2-year commitment to sponsoring business upon graduation.

Job Description Summary

The Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) accelerates the development of early career EPC and project management personnel through intensive training in the areas of technical and leadership skills. This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in the Gas Power Business. Job Description Graduates leave the program with leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives. The program, which commences in April, is a two-year program spanning three eight-month rotational assignments. Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline (commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical). Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire. This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in the Gas Power business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a maximum of 8 years
