Job summary

GE Vernova is offering a 12-month traineeship designed to provide hands-on experience in testing, commissioning and technical support for customers across site, remote and office environments. You will engage with factories, repair centers and logistics to ensure fast response times and high satisfaction while building expertise in power systems and electrical safety.

The program welcomes fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or/and Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related fields.
Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
Electrical safety awareness and knowledge of electrical safety standards.
Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship or time restriction.

Responsibilities

Provide testing, commissioning and technical support to customers including site, office and factory activities.
Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests.
Collaborate with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics and customers to minimize response times and ensure satisfaction.
Advise customers on installed base data, upgrades, repairs and other technical recommendations.
Coordinate with factories and repair centers to implement recommendations and solutions at customer sites.
Write technical documentation including test reports, repair reports and findings.
