Job summary

KCM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking Project Engineers to join a client in Saudi Arabia responsible for hospital project management on major medical facilities.

You will oversee on-site coordination, prepare and circulate reports, manage project systems, and support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget. Required are a degree, hospital project experience, and a background in consulting or PM roles within the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Hospital project experience is a must.
• Degree qualification is required.
• Consulting or PM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project reports for the Customer (weekly / monthly) covering HSE, progress, cost and schedule status.
• Carry out project management activities as delegated by the Project Manager.
• Set up and maintain project systems (facilities/IT, filing system, correspondence procedure).
• Prepare Project Execution Plan and maintain it as the project progresses.
• Attend project meetings and circulate minutes.

Project Engineers

Our client is an international project management company who are currently involved in the project management of several large medical projects. To add to their existing team they require project engineers with experience in client side project management to oversee the construction of the facilities.

Duties:

• Prepare project reports for the Customer (weekly / monthly or otherwise as required by the Customer or as appropriate to the project), covering HSE, project progress (achieved and planned), cost and schedule status, ensuring visibility of key project risks, trends and areas of concern.
• Carry out specific project management activities as delegated by the Project Manager
• Set up and maintain project systems (facilities/IT, filing system, correspondence procedure, Project Directory etc)
• Prepare Project Execution Plan and ensure it is kept up to date as the project progresses
• Attend project meetings, prepare and circulate minutes
• Draft project progress reports for Project Manager’s review
• Act as interface between the Project Manager and project team on a daily basis
• Attend to the day-to-day commercial issues on the project (eg management of time sheets, expenses, purchases etc, collation of commercial information for monthly invoicing and preparation of draft invoices for the Project Manager’s review)
• Coordinate information flow between team members to facilitate the project delivery process
• Follow up on the close-out of Action Items from meetings (eg weekly team meetings, Construction meetings) and Project Reviews.
