Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Engineer-Interface in Saudi Arabia to manage project interfaces and coordinate with site contractors and engineering teams. The role involves leading interface identification, planning, and resolution of conflicts across multiple contractors.

The candidate should bring a strong technical background and the ability to improvise to handle uncertainty in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the project interface management plan and procedures.
• Chair and document regular interface coordination meetings with site contractors.
• Prepare and participate in workshops for technical scope interfaces.
• Manage and expedite actions across contractors, EPCMs and client.
• Maintain Interface Registers.
• Lead and coordinate identification/definition of interfaces with engineering new scope.
• Lead and coordinate interface definitions with engineering scope splits in contracts.
• Participate in conflict resolutions across interfacing issues with project managers.
• Coordinate with project managers on interfacing issues as required.

Job description

Position: Project Engineer-Interface

Duration – 06 Months to 1 year

Project Specific Job Descriptions:

• Execution of project interface management plan and procedures.
• Chairing, recording regular interface coordination meetings with site contractors.
• Prepare and participating in chairing workshops for technical scope interfaces.
• Managing and expediating actions across contractors, EPCMs and client.
• Maintain Interface Registers
• Lead and coordinate with identification, definition of interfaces with engineering new scope
• Lead and coordinate with identification, definition of interfaces with engineering new contracting team definition of interfaces with engineering scope splits in contract packages
• Participate in conflict resolutions across interfacing issues as required in coordination with project managers.
• Desired skills: Strong and broad technical background . This person also needs to be able to improvise and tackle flexible to be able to tackle uncertainty.
