Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all phases of healthcare projects from planning to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and healthcare best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and stakeholders to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with proactive contingency planning.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and financial reporting with clarity and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and local Saudi Arabia requirements throughout all phases.
• Communicate project status and key milestones to senior leadership with clear reporting.
• Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance delivery and performance.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management and leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully directing large-scale, complex healthcare/hospital projects with significant budgets and stakeholder involvement
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry operations, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA and local Saudi Arabia healthcare regulations), and quality standards
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's healthcare sector, regulatory environment, and business culture is advantageous
