Client is looking for Project Controls Manager
Pipeline Installation, Lumpsum/LSTK

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of project controls experience within EPC environments.
At least 5 years in a Project Controls Manager role on major capital projects.
Proven experience delivering Lump Sum / LSTK EPC projects valued at USD 100M+.
Strong experience on pipeline installation projects.
Previous employment with leading EPC contractors or similar international EPC organizations.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, project reporting systems, and cost management tools.
Strong understanding of EPC execution, project controls methodologies, earned value management, and contractual requirements.
Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain integrated Level 3 and Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project performance against approved budgets, schedules, and contractual milestones.
Establish earned value management (EVM) systems and project performance KPIs.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly project performance reports to senior management and clients.
Manage cost forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), and resource planning activities.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Support commercial and contracts teams in change order management, claims, and schedule impact assessments.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
Lead and mentor project controls personnel across the project team.
