You will lead scheduling and cost control efforts using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, monitor variances, and support risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process.
• Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule.
• Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
