Job summary

An engineering and contracting firm based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a project controls specialist to oversee project schedules and cost management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Prepare and maintain cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
  
• Track project progress and identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans
  
• Perform schedule and cost variance analysis with corrective actions
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management
  
• Develop baseline schedules with resource and cost loading
• Monitor expenditures and evaluate actual vs planned costs
• Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reporting
• Support variation orders, claims, and change management
• Support development of mitigation and recovery plans.
• Track KPIs related to project performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
