Job Title: Project Control Manager, experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage the project of all phases: planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, change management, and control.
• Schedule management; cost management; change management; key resource management; scope; proposal management; bidding decision and costing management.
• Strategic planning and establishing operating policies to mitigate risk.
• Provide guidance and consultation for project managers.
• Interface with all internal department heads and assemble the timeline project execution program.
• Ensure the Project Controls team produces weekly and monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast, and explanation of variances.
• Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
• Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.
• Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures, and the standards required to deliver projects.
• Support development of requirements for specific resource‑loaded schedules.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and Project QS to maximize the potential of the project.
• Familiar with national and international standards and SaudiAramco Standards; working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start‑up set‑up work processes.
