Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Associate Project Commercial Support to assist the SA 2106 GIS Business. You will support the Project Management team on commercial and SAP-related transactions, enabling PMs to focus on customer expectations and project P&L.

Responsibilities include coordinating bank guarantees and LC processing, SAP costing updates, invoicing, and maintaining revenue data. The role emphasizes compliance with internal and external regulations while upholding Hitachi Energy's safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-7 years of experience in a project environment with hands-on commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Prepare all commercial documents for processing payments with banks (LCs).
• SAP Project costing: creation and updating costing information.
• Prepare documents and drive invoicing for all projects.
• Provide backup information for commercial transactions as needed.
• Update system data/files for revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain status updates for internal discussions with the Manager.
• Support PMs with invoicing reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
