Confidential Government seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead portfolio management, PMO governance, and CAPEX project oversight within Saudi airports initiatives. You will shape governance frameworks, develop business cases, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and Vision 2030.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Program Management, or a closely related area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee program and portfolio activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead and support PMO/P3 governance across CAPEX projects and initiatives.
• Develop, review, and evaluate Business Cases for projects and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development and review of Master Plans and ACA.
• Monitor portfolio performance, priorities, dependencies, risks, and key milestones.
• Review RFPs to ensure alignment with project requirements, governance standards, and business objectives.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate funding requests for VRP initiatives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the PWT team.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards.
• Provide management with regular portfolio and program-level reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with project owners and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and governance of initiatives.
