Job Summary:

Master Works is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the successful delivery and overall performance of each program, supervising managers and updating management on progress and performance.

A successful Program Director must possess broad knowledge of program management principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and develop team members.

The goal is to ensure each program is delivered successfully, adding maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and set goals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
2. Plan programs from inception to completion, including deadlines, milestones, and processes.
3. Develop or approve budgets and operational plans.
4. Design evaluation strategies to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Supervise all program and project managers, providing feedback and resolving complex issues.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and personnel.
7. Apply change, risk, and resource management principles as needed.
8. Review reports prepared by managers to assess progress and resolve issues.
9. Ensure program operations comply with legal guidelines and internal policies.
10. Keep senior management informed through detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Program Director or similar managerial role in the IT services field for over 5 years.
2. Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methodologies.
3. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
4. Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
5. Working knowledge of Jira, MS Office, and program management software (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project).
6. Business acumen with strategic thinking abilities.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Certified PMP/PGMP or equivalent certification.
11. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MSc/MA is a plus.
12. Local nationality and fluency in English.
