Dar Al Riyadh is seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-oriented Program Director to join our dynamic team at Neom. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale programs, along with a deep understanding of intricacies of complex projects. As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives in alignment with Neom's objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership while overseeing the development and implementation of programs to ensure they align with Neom's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Direct and manage programs from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication to achieve program success.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding performance and deliverables.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may impact program success, proactively making strategic decisions to overcome challenges.
  • Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards, upholding ethical and professional conduct throughout program implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive program strategies that align with Neom's long-term vision, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within the program teams, encouraging creative problem-solving and the implementation of cutting‑edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for strategic alliances and mutually beneficial relationships that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
