Job summary

A prominent technology company in the Makkah Region seeks a Products Training Engineer to manage customer training sessions and develop training materials. The role requires a Saudi National, fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with at least 4 years in a client-facing position, preferably in enterprise training or technical support. About the job Products Training Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Products Training Engineer with

excellent skills and willingness to work under pressures, and learn new knowledge within international environment, with training, communications, and presentations skills

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer training sessions either online or offline
  • Good knowledge of SaaS Technology
  • Training Documentation and records
  • Build the training materials (Presentation, documentation, etc.)
  • Follow up with clients after training
  • Keep up to date with the products team
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document information in the form of knowledge base, tech notes and articles
  • Work with the technical lead assigned to the business area, define design solutions across all system components, and identify all configurations and build tasks, and
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Requirements
  • Bachelors in CS, CE, IT, CIS or equivalent
  • Living in Jeddah is a must
  • Saudi National,Native Arabic speakers with High proficiency in English with excellent written and oral skills are a must
  • Having a minimum of 4+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Proven working experience in enterprise training and technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Keen to learn new technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-learner can pick up tech skills with minimum support and have a curiosity about learning new concepts.
  • Do not shy away from work that requires patience and perseverance.
  • Experience in working with SaaS technology.
  • Good Experience with CRM and Marketing Platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Business processes and how to create business processes
