Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in heavy steel fabrication.
• Proven expertise in welding and industrial painting processes.
• Familiarity with international welding standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across steel fabrication and painting.
• Review and interpret engineering and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality Control, and HSE departments.
• Monitor material consumption and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and submit production reports highlighting KPIs.
