Job summary

Takween Plast is seeking a Production & Quality Assurance Engineer to supervise extrusion lines and ensure operational efficiency in a busy plastics factory in Riyadh. You will monitor raw material mixes, lead lab tests (hydrostatic, impact, UV, thermal), and ensure finished products comply with SASO, ISO, and ASTM standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of plastic manufacturing experience, with strong leadership and ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in plastic manufacturing (pipe manufacturing preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and statistical analysis methods.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of production and extrusion lines for plastic pipes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor raw material mixing ratios and apply precise manufacturing standards to achieve approved specifications.
• Manage and guide laboratory technicians in conducting periodic tests (hydrostatic pressure testing, impact resistance, UV exposure, and thermal expansion).
• Ensure all finished products fully comply with local and international quality standards (SASO, ISO, ASTM).
• Analyze production data to identify causes of waste and innovate methods to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Manage pre-delivery inspection processes and issue product conformity certificates.
